This week was super super hot like always haha but filled with sweet and simple experiences. I love the fact that I have the opportunity to share my testimony every day and to show my faith in the lord that I will do his will. I love that so much and everything that I learn, I want to exercise in my life. I really want to be the person he wants me to be. Its funny, on the mission you think about a lot of things, because here in brasil you walk everywhere and so you have time to think haha but you think about why you are there, who you are there for, and what you can do to change the lives of others. Because our Heavenly Father provided a plan for all of his children, and the have the right to know about this wonderful plan of Happiness. The other day we were visiting Emerson and Betania and it was amazing because his sister and brother in law were there. We were able to talk with them and they are wanting to move to Pirapora. It was late at night and we needed to get going and in my heart I knew that we had to give them each a Book of Mormon. Everything was wild and everyone was talking. I grabbed the book of mormons that I had and I said, "Can we give both of you a present?" and then I began to explain about the Book of Mormon, and everything got quiet. I felt the spirit so strong, especially when I began to testify that the book of mormon is true. It was a sweet experience. I received another testimony that the Book of Mormon is true and that I can not deny it. We were also able to teach a lot of people this week about the Book of Mormon, it was cool to testify about the power that comes from him. President Nelson said that we should use the Book of Mormon in everything that we do, especially with conversion. I love the Book of Mormon and I can testify to all of you that he is true, and that we can use the book of mormon to change our lives and the lives of others.
Funny story this week too, was that a drunk man started to scream at us and asking us what is the first and second commandment. I answered his questions and then he asked what is the third. I assumed he was talking about the ten commandments ha. And so I answered and he yelled. "Wrong! False Prophet!!" It was a little bit scary actually but then he went away haha. I showed love to him even if he was angry with me. I love this gospel and I love my Savior Jesus Christ, I know he lives, and I know that he loves us and is always ready to hold us in his arms. Love you all!!!
